People
One row per person, even where OnTrack would show two or three - a Security Officer who also covers Bell shifts is one person here, not a row per position. This page controls how they read on the schedule; it never changes anything OnTrack itself holds.
Order
Drag the handle, or use the up and down arrows, to put people in whatever order the schedule should read them in. Whatever order is on this page when you save is the order the grid uses.
Nickname and email
Leave the nickname blank and ChuckTrack derives a short one from OnTrack's own name; type something to override it, the way Riley Kowalski reads as “Riley K.” here. The email address is only ever used for that one person's own calendar subscription link - see Printing, sharing and the API - and for nothing else. ChuckTrack never sends anyone mail from this field.
Hide
Hiding takes someone off the schedule grid without touching anything OnTrack holds for them - the People page is still where they live, and where hiding gets undone. Anyone with no scheduled hours in roughly the last month defaults to hidden automatically, the way Jordan Whitfield does here; tick the box back off to bring someone back onto the grid.
